Lesson Cancellation Refund Policy

If you need to cancel the lesson, provide at least 12 hours prior notice. Lessons that are canceled less than 12 hours of scheduled time are non-refundable.

Lesson Cancellation Refund Policy: 

We encourage both students and tutors to work out lessons on a schedule because that works well for everyone. We have only one rule: due to some circumstances, if you want to cancel the lesson, you must give your tutor at least 12 hours prior notice.

Yes, if you have canceled the lesson, according to our 12-hour policy, you will get a refund in your student Wallet, you can schedule a lesson with another tutor from the wallet amount. And you can contact with the same tutor, to schedule a new lesson. But the lessons that are canceled less than 12 hours away are non-refundable.

We also recommend both student and tutor to discuss their queries on chat before starting the first lesson, just in case you run into technical difficulties that are out of your control it will be better to discuss with the tutor.

If the tutor has canceled the lesson you will get the refund amount in your student wallet, with your wallet amount you can schedule the lesson with any tutor and it will never expire.
