How can I cancel a lesson with any student?

We encourage tutors to follow up lesson on time. However, we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise that require the cancellation of a scheduled lesson. To cancel a lesson,
follow these steps given below:

Lessons>View more>Cancel>Enter reason>Submit!

• Go to the Lessons menu

• Select the student with whom you want to cancel the lesson and click on the view More button

• You can see all the lesson details here, select the lesson you want to cancel, just click on three (⋮) dot then click on the cancel option,

• A dialogue box appears on your screen, enter the reason for canceling lesson, and submit it. The reason for canceling the lesson will be directly delivered to the student in the mail.     

Note: 

Canceling any lesson with the student will have a negative impact on your profile.
